Vet-cost index

Each procedure has a national typical range built from published fee surveys, clinic price lists and owner bills. Every city carries a multiplier reflecting local rent, wages and clinic density. Prices show in local currency before tax and are rounded.

Countries outside Canada use the Canadian base ranges scaled by a national price level from that country's published fee data, then by the city multiplier. Real bills replace estimates once three verified submissions exist for a city and procedure.

A script checks every source once a day, merges new notices, keeps old ones, and rebuilds the site. If a regulator publishes nothing for a country, we say so rather than padding the list.
